靜電噴涂技術利用靜電原理來對工件進行表面處理，因此整個粉末噴涂工藝也需要一套完整的粉末噴涂設備來實施。根據粉末的噴涂方式以及粉末材料本身的可回收性。通常意義上所講的粉末噴涂設備包括了粉末靜電噴槍（噴槍控制裝置），回收裝置，粉房以及供粉裝置等。這幾種裝置的結合使用，使得整個粉末噴涂的工藝能夠形成一個完整的循環過程。如右下圖所示，粉末通過噴槍噴到工件上，通過回收裝置回收過噴或者未曾吸附到工件上的粉末，將這部分粉末輸送送到供粉裝置中篩選后重新供給噴槍進行循環使用。粉末靜電噴槍：依靠高壓靜電將粉末“輸送”到待噴工件上去，它的靜電性能以及空氣動力性能直接影響了粉末的一次上粉率以及膜厚控制。
